Image Building company EMDI-E Ltd. has been set up according to corporate file number 545 in Sofia local court from 28.05.2002. The owners of the company are Mr. Emilio Mladonov –civil engineer and Mrs. Daniela Mladenova – economist. The company is leading in the civil and residential building projects in Samokov and Borovets area, The Company has complete already many infrastructure projects financed by European road committee and local municipalities. The heavy trucks and diggers, necessary equipment plots and machines yard is locate at the edge road of Samokov town. The total area of the yard is 14 000 sq/meters. The administration building of the company is based in the yard and has 14 offices. The double glazing manufacture and wooden work shops are in the yard also. There are two mechanic garages also for technical support of the heavy trucks and diggers. The company has got own petrol station. With 50 qualified employed people in the company EMDI-E Ltd guarantee quality and fast building process.
